Signing up
Upon signing up for the MaineState Referral program, you agree to abide by the following Policies and Guideline.
Generating Money
All revenue generated by referrals from MaineState Referral Members will not be credited until the referred customers have held the associated referred account for more than the 14 day money back guarantee period. During this period Referral Members accounts will indicate 'Pending' in the referral history. Once a referred customer is beyond this money back guarantee period, Referral Member accounts will indicate 'Complete' and the revenue will be added to the Referral Members current Balance. If by chance a referred customer is it opt-out using the 14 day money back guarantee, there will be no revenue generated or transferred for the Referral Member and the account will indicate 'Rejected'.
For every referred customer to Mainestatehosting.com that has held the associated referred account for more than 14 days, the associated Referral Member will earn $10 USD for every Personal Plan purchased, $15 USD for Business Plan 1 and Business Plan 2 purchased, and $25 for Business Plan 3 purchased.
Receiving Mainestatehosting.com Credit
In order to receive a Mainestatehosting.com Credit, the Referral Member MUST have an ACTIVE Mainestatehosting.com hosting account.
Mainestatehosting.com Credit is paid out in any amount after a referred customer has held the associated referred account for more than 14 days.
Receiving Money Order Payments
In order to receive payments via Money Order, the Referral Member MUST reside in the United States.
Referral Account balances will be paid out after it reaches $50 USD or more and a request has been made to release the balance to the Referral Member.
Receiving PayPal Payments
A PayPal account is required to receive payments via Paypal. Referral Member must provide the email address associated with their Paypal account in order to receive payments.
Referral Account balances will be paid out after it reaches $50 USD or more and a request has been made to release the balance to the Referral Member.
Balance Transfers
MaineState Referral Account balances or Mainestatehosting.com Account credits are not allowed to be transferred between associated accounts.
Notice:
Mainestatehosting.com retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies and Guidelines without notification. We also retain the right to decrease any referral payouts, and make changes to our referral structure without notification.
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without payout as Mainestatehosting.com sees fit.
